Adult Behavioral Health Home and Community-Based Services (BH HCBS)
Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) Services
This BH HCBS and CORE online training program has been developed in collaboration with the Center for Practice Innovations (CPI) at Columbia Psychiatry, NYS Psychiatric Institute, the McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research at NYU Silver School of Social Work, Center on Addiction, the New York Association of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, the NYS Office of Mental Health, and the NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports.
Participation in this training program has been standardized to meet training requirements for Adult BH HCBS and CORE providers.
Participation in this training program offers several advantages to providers including:
- Training resources are provided at no cost;
- Opportunities to better understand how to engage members in BH HCBS and CORE services, what the BH HCBS and CORE services are and how to deliver them
